Cards for Men!

We are back! These are the cards I created for January Stamp Club. I thought I would focus on cards for men. This is the card we will be making at Stamp Club. I used Clockworks and Sense of Time to create this card.

 

This is the same template but I used the "World Map" and "Word Play" stamps to create this card and changed the cardstock from black to Elegant Eggplant.

This next card is quick and easy!

 

I used Off the Grid, Bring on the Cake and French Foliage to create this card. I like Coastal Cabana.It is such a contrasting colour to what we are experiencing here. I wish I was someplace warm!

These cards were made with the Winterfrost Designer Paper Stack found on page 29 in the Holiday Happiness mini catalogue.

2013 Christmas Card Workshop

It's that time of year! Time to start making your Christmas Cards.  A little watercolour looks stunning and makes this poinsettia stand out.

I love my  "Lovely as a Tree" stamp set and it is  "picture perfect" for this card. It also is not the standard 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" size. Something different for a change.

Remember the  Faux Mother of Pearl technique? This is a variation of that technique. Who doesn't love embossed images on glossy cardstock.

October Stamp Club

There will be a few changes at the October Stamp Club on Tuesday, Oct. 16th.

We will be working in the diningroom because the spare bedroom furniture has been moved into the studio for that week only. Should be interesting. This is where we began!

The second change: Club members will be making 6 cards that evening. We will do all the stamping and techniques then we will assemble the cards if there is time. You will do 2 designs, three cards of each design. Don't worry, they are easy!
