It's Spring! Finally!
We are going to do some cards that remind us of spring and summer.
SAMPLE #1
It's hard to tell that the cover of this card consists of images stamped on acetate. Stamp club members will choose from one two samples.
SAMPLE #2
The second card reminds me of the time that we went to the ocean on the west coast of Florida for the first
time. We watched a group of sandpipers running on the beach as the waves washed food on shore.
This is my impression of that memory.

March Cards:
Simply stamping with black ink and colouring the images using the "masking Technique" creates a stunning card.

I used Secret Garden and Creative elements. To give this card a little bit of bling you can add a rhinestone to the centre of the large flowers.
I LOVE VELLUM!
BE CAREFUL stamping and embossing on vellum. You can also stamp on vellum with Stazon ink .
This card is a great way to use up scrap designer paper. Who doesn't love to shop?

People Like You
The soft hues of Pear Pizzazz contrasted with a vibrant splash of Island Indigo highlights this stamp.
I used People Like You, Very Vintage and Everything Elenor to create this card. Add a couple of rhinestones just to give it a little bling! There you have it!

A subtle clutter of stamps make the perfect background to showcase this stamp set!
I used En francais, Peaceful Petals, Fabulous Florets and French Foliage .
Tempting Turquoise makes everything pop.

Cards for Men!
We are back! These are the cards I created for January Stamp Club. I thought I would focus on cards for men. This is the card we will be making at Stamp Club. I used Clockworks and Sense of Time to create this card.
This is the same template but I used the "World Map" and "Word Play" stamps to create this card and changed the cardstock from black to Elegant Eggplant.

This next card is quick and easy!

I used Off the Grid, Bring on the Cake and French Foliage to create this card. I like Coastal Cabana. It is such a contrasting colour to what we are experiencing here. I wish I was someplace warm!

2013 Christmas Card Workshop
It's that time of year! Time to start making your Christmas Cards. A little watercolour looks stunning and makes this poinsettia stand out.
I love my "Lovely as a Tree" stamp set and it is "picture perfect" for this card. It also is not the standard 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" size. Something different for a change.

| Remember the Faux Mother of Pearl technique? This is a variation of that technique. Who doesn't love embossed images on glossy cardstock. Check my Demonstrator website express_yourself.stampinup.net for dates and times of my Christmas Workshops. |
